…in 2008 when a small group of North Beach residents got together to discuss the promotion and branding of the neighborhood they loved so much. These residents set up an initial meeting and over 50 people attended. Ideas flowed and the North Beach Ventnor Residents Association was born!

Over the years, the community has become an extended family. Our neighborhood has expanded and grown into the “go-to” neighborhood on Absecon Island. Businesses are thriving, homes have been purchased, renovated and built, the Ventnor Square Theater is a local gem and we have seen a neighborhood renaissance above and beyond what the original organizers could have imagined.
